Refund policy

We are extremely sorry to see you on this page. Please let us know what happened by following the steps below.

Non-returnable items
Food and perishables such as tea leaves and powders cannot be returned. In the event that you received your online purchase in a bad condition (e.g. original sealed packaging is broken), please request for a refund or replacement within 2 days of delivery. Please follow the instructions below and get in touch at hello@kyokohee.com if you have questions or concerns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards. For items purchased via our retail stores, please check with the store where your purchase was made, and produce your proof of purchase or receipt together with the defective product.

Refunds
If you received your purchase in a bad condition (e.g. original sealed packaging is broken), please write to us immediately at hello@kyokohee.com, explaining in detail the reasons behind the refund request. We will prioritize requests within 2 days of delivery and with relevant photos of the defective product. To complete your refund, we require an email confirmation or proof of purchase (which can be found in the same email you used during your purchase). 

We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
