No. All our products contains 100% pure Matcha sourced from different regions of Japan, such as Uji, Kyoto and Shizuoka.

Which Matcha should I try?

You can come visit us at our retail outlets to try the Matcha. We use the same quality tea leaves and stone-ground tea powders at our retail outlets. Try our crafted beverages to learn more about our products.

What is the shelf-life of Matcha?

When stored properly in a cool, dark place in an airtight container, matcha can last up to 6-12 months without significant degradation in quality. Do check out this blogpost for more information about shelf-life and storage.

Can I self-collect my online order?

Is the Online Rewards points system and the Waffle Reward points collected at the retail stores integrated?

Unfortunately, these two points systems are not integrated.

So Points earned at our retail stores can only be redeemed at the physical stores, and Points earned online can only be redeemed on our online store.

How does the Online Rewards work?

Receive 1 Point for every $1 spent, and you can redeem a $10 discount for every 100 Points.
