Shipping & Delivery

Is there free shipping?

Free Shipping is available for all orders above $100 in Singapore.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarding addresses?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and we do not deliver to forwarding addresses.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the Ninja Van website (for shipments within SG) or DHL website (for international shipments) where you can monitor its status.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

All your purchases are covered with basic insurance whilst in transit from KYŌ KOHEE to your shipping address.

For shipments within Singapore, your purchases will be insured with Ninja Van's Limited Liability Insurance.

For International shipments, your purchases will be insured with DHL Express.

Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.

[ International Orders ] How much duties and taxes will I have to pay ?

All countries outside of Singapore are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis meaning that once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

Our Products

Are there artificial flavorings and preservatives?

No. All our products contains 100% pure Matcha sourced from different regions of Japan, mainly from Uji, Kyoto.

Which Matcha should I try?

You can come visit us at our retail outlets to try the Matcha. We use the same quality tea leaves and stone-ground tea powders at our retail outlets. Try our crafted beverages to learn more about our products.

What is the shelf-life of Matcha?

When stored properly in a cool, dark place in an airtight container, matcha can last up to 6-12 months without significant degradation in quality. Do check out this blogpost for more information about shelf-life and storage.
